• It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm vehicle compatibility and suitability of any product prior to purchase and installation.

• Certain products sold by the Company may not be legal for on-road use in all jurisdictions, including but not limited to lighting products, performance components, emissions-related items, or accessories that modify factory specifications. Customers are solely responsible for determining whether the purchase, installation, possession, or use of any product complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

• The Company assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for fines, penalties, citations, enforcement actions, or other consequences resulting from the use of products that are restricted or prohibited in the customer’s jurisdiction.

• The Company is not responsible for damage, malfunction, or failure resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or use of incompatible products, unless caused by the Company’s negligence.

• Certain products may be damaged by automatic, touchless, or mechanical car washes. Customers are responsible for removing any applicable products from their vehicle prior to entering any automatic or touchless car wash. The Company is not liable for damage resulting from failure to remove such products.

• Customers are responsible for parking and operating their vehicles in a manner that minimizes the risk of damage to installed products, including maintaining adequate clearance from other vehicles, structures, and obstacles. The Company is not liable for damage caused by third parties, environmental conditions, or external impacts resulting from improper or negligent parking.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. The Company reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders, or limit quantities at its sole discretion.

5. Orders and Payment

Orders are not considered accepted until confirmed by the Company. We accept payment through approved third-party payment processors. By submitting an order, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method for the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities;

• Interfere with the security or operation of the Site;

• Upload or transmit malicious software, spam, or infringing content;
